The client portal is included with all projects (primary or support) at no additional cost. It provides an all in one solution for contact, payment, tasks, and progress reporting.
What Features are Included?
The core features available to clients are projects, invoices, tickets, and messaging. Projects allow for full transparency in hours spent on the project and how close we are to completion. Invoices allow for a breakdown of each task and payment through debt card, your bank account, or PayPal. Ticketing allows for seamless bug reporting and content update requests. And finally you will be able to message me within the system itself if you have concerns or questions.
How do I get an Account?
Once your project request is approved credentials will be provided to you and then you will be free to change your password and utilize all the features offered.
